1. Executive Summary

Poketoolz is a subscription-based digital platform designed to assist users in locating and purchasing trading card game (TCG) products—primarily Pokémon and One Piece—at standard retail (MSRP) pricing within Canada. The platform addresses inefficiencies in the retail supply chain and information asymmetry that often lead to inflated grey market pricing.

Poketoolz does not sell products directly. Instead, it provides users with tools, alerts, and structured information to improve their ability to purchase products at retail price from authorized retailers.

2. Business Model

Poketoolz operates on a subscription-based model using Stripe as its payment processor. Users may select between:

  • Monthly Plan: $11.99/month + applicable sales tax (HST 13%)
  • Annual Plan: $99.99/year + applicable sales tax (HST 13%)

Both plans include a 4-day free trial. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

3. Platform Purpose and Positioning

The core function of Poketoolz is to provide timely information on product releases and restocks, improve user awareness, increase the probability of purchasing at MSRP, and reduce reliance on grey market pricing.

Poketoolz does not guarantee profits and is not positioned as an investment or resale advisory service.

4. Customer Acquisition

Poketoolz acquires users through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube, where it shares updates on product releases and restocks.

5. Platform Functionality

Users receive access to a private Discord server with premium roles, real-time monitor alerts for restocks, and embedded purchase links to retailers.

6. Auto Checkout (ACO)

Auto Checkout (ACO) is an optional feature that attempts purchases on behalf of users using third-party tools. Users voluntarily provide shipping and payment information for this purpose.

ACO Data Collection & Use

By opting into ACO, users voluntarily provide shipping and payment information through approved submission forms (including Google Forms and/or Microsoft Forms).

This information is transferred to a locally hosted system used to facilitate automated purchase attempts on behalf of the user during product releases. Once the information has been successfully transferred, the user's submission on the form is deleted.

The information is used solely for the purpose of executing purchase attempts and is not used for any unrelated purpose.

Poketoolz does not store or process payment information directly and relies on third-party tools and user-provided data to facilitate ACO functionality.

ACO Disclaimer

ACO does not guarantee success. Users should also attempt manual purchases. Once opted in, users cannot withdraw during an active drop.

7. Data Storage & Retention

User information submitted for ACO is stored on a locally hosted system.

This information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the ACO service and is removed under the following conditions:

  • Upon user request to opt out of ACO
  • When the provided information is no longer valid (e.g., expired or declined payment details)

Users acknowledge and accept this storage and retention policy when opting into ACO.

8. Data & Privacy

User data is used solely for ACO-related transactions and is handled through third-party systems. By opting into ACO, users accept these conditions.

9. Risk and Limitations

Product availability and successful purchases are not guaranteed. Poketoolz provides informational advantages only.

10. Subscription & Account Deletion

Users may cancel or delete their subscription at any time through the Poketoolz dashboard. Upon cancellation or deletion:

  • Access to the platform and its services is revoked
  • The subscription is terminated via Stripe
  • The billing relationship between the user and Poketoolz ends

No further charges will be applied following successful cancellation.

Poketoolz is an independent, fan-run service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.

All trademarks, logos, and images related to Pokémon and its associated brands are the property of their respective owners.

Poketoolz provides tools, alerts, and automation services and does not guarantee product availability or successful checkout.

Poketoolz enhances access to TCG products at retail pricing through tools, alerts, and automation support, without guaranteeing outcomes or profits.
